I am a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate at the University of California, Irvine, advised by Nathan Kaplan.
My research interests include the statistical properties of families of special curves over finite fields, using tools from coding theory, algebraic geometry, and topology. I am also interested in the non-vanishing properties of $L$-functions using the method of moments.
Additionally, I am interested in machine learning applications in mathematics and other fields, as well as AI agents.
In Winter 2026, I am a TA for MATH 176: Mathematics of Finance. Course materials can be found at Math of Finance.
